About Jodhpur City

Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan, India. It is called the Gateway to Thar, as it is literally on the edge of the Thar desert. Quite a spectacle, if you have never seen 200 plus kites in one place.

An ideal season for a trip to Dehradun is the summer season when the climate is pleasant. Monsoon and autumn season are also worth visiting, but winters are not exactly the season advisable for a visit unless you love the snow.
