Vistara has been voted the ‘Best Airline Staff in Central Asia and India’ at the coveted Skytrax World Airline Awards 2018, held on Tuesday at The Langham Hotel in London. The award was presented by Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted to Vistara CEO Leslie Thng and two of the airline’s cabin crew members--Purnima Sharma and Sentinaro Aier, who represented Vistara’s passionate frontline staff.
Vistara was voted for by global air travellers based on their experiences. The ‘Best Airline Staff’ award recognises service excellence across the entire spectrum of front-line customer service touch points. This covers airline staff Service for both, the airport and onboard experience. Customer satisfaction scoring covers staff service efficiency, friendliness and service hospitality, staff language skills and overall quality consistency for the airline front-line staff.
