All GoAir flights will now operate from Terminal 2 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi with effect from 29th Oct'17.
Indira Gandhi Airport has two active passenger terminals: Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. The IGI (Indira Gandhi International) airport operator DIAL is merging Terminal 1C and 1D into a larger T1 to accommodate plans to increase capacity of handling 40 million passengers a year.
Customers have been sent e-mailers/SMS notifications well in advance informing them of this move. However, in case if some customers are not informed of this move, we have made arrangements for you to be dropped off at T2.
Realising that partial shifting could unleash chaos with passengers turning up at wrong terminals, Delhi airport has made arrangements of regular bus service between the terminals for passengers for use by transit flyers as well as those who turn up at the wrong terminal for their flight.
**Go air has the entire T2 they will accept you if you reach even 30 minutes prior to your flight.
**T2 is just a 6-7 minute walk from the Metro station and T3 through a covered cross-walk.
**Go air have arranged transportation to T2 from terminal 1D. Please proceed down one level to the bussing point using the lift/elevators. We have signage to lead you to the buses that will take you to T2
**There are adequate and several outlets serving food at T2.
GoAir has mutually agreed with DIAL to move its entire operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 from October 29, until the completion of expansion of Terminal 1. This is a temporary move to ease the pressure of fast growing traffic at Terminal 1, so that the expansion works can be carried out at Terminal 1 effectively and efficiently”
