Important update for passengers travelling to Saudi Arabia during Hajj Period
Travel restrictions
Non-GCC nationals with Hajj visa can only travel to/from Jeddah and Madinah.
GCC nationals with Hajj permit can travel to/from Jeddah, Madinah and Taif.
Muslims and non-Muslims holding a Business, Visit, or Tourist visa cannot travel to Jeddah, Madinah or Taif between 14 July 2018 and 22 August 2018, however, they can travel to any other Saudi destination.
The Jeddah departure terminal will be published by the authorities closer to the departure date. Kindly contact flydubai or the travel agent that made your booking for terminal details.
Entry and exit dates for Hajj
For all nationalities, first date of entry is 14 July 2018 and last date of entry is 15 August 2018.
For GCC nationals holding Hajj permit, first date of exit is 26 August 2018 and last date of exit is 25 September 2018.
For all nationalities holding Hajj visa, first date of exit is 26 August 2018 (after 8 am KSA local time) and last date of exit is 25 September 2018.
Visa for Hajj
It's your responsibility to obtain the correct visa to enable you to travel on these flights. If you arrive at the airport and don't have the correct documentation, you'll not be able to travel and there will be no refund offered. You must provide your passport details at the time of booking.
