Effective from July 31, 2019, SpiceJet will deploy its 168-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft on this sector and said to be the only Indian carrier to have a daily direct flight between Mumbai and Hong Kong. SpiceJet will deploy two-class ex-Jet Airways 737-800 on this route. As of now, SpiceJet is selling the business class seats as SpiceMAX for a marginal premium over regular economy tickets, so it is sort of a good deal. But if in future SpiceJet does launch SpiceBiz on international routes, there is a chance they will re-accommodate you to normal SpiceMAX seats instead of these recliner business class seats.
The flight is timed perfectly for business and leisure travelers alike with a late-night departure from Mumbai (1.05 am) and a morning arrival (9.40 am) in Hong Kong thus maximizing passenger comfort and providing more choice and flexibility.
