Owing to the pandemic, the government has made web check-in mandatory for all flyer. All passengers are required to do their web check-in for domestic flights between 72 hours to until 2 hours ahead of the flight’s scheduled departure. While for international flights the window is from 48 hours to until 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Aboard GoAir, the non-chargeable seats are open for web check-in from the 17 th row onwards within 24 hours of the flight’s departure time on a first come first serve basis. INR 200 is levied as facilitation fee in case you wish to check-in at the airport. To do your Go Air web check in, you need to enter your flight PNR number and last name or email id, and begin the web check-in process.

Go First flight PNR status :

You can check the GoAir flight PNR status by visiting the flight status category and carry out your search through either the flight number or route. Go First baggage allowance :

You can even purchase excess baggage while connecting on to domestic GoAir flights while flying from/to international destinations within 24 hours of your travel. You can pre-book such excess baggage in increments of 8kg, 10kg, 15kg and 30kg from the airline’s official website. The cost of purchase for 8kg extra baggage is INR 3200, while remaining same for the rest. The airlines does not provide any check-in baggage allowance for infants - those travelling with infants. But passengers travelling with infants are allowed to carry an extra cabin baggage weighing no more than 7kg for baby food, baby clothes, diapers and other necessities. Additionally, you are allowed to carry a little baby blanket or a fully-collapsible baby wrap.
