Fare & Fare Quote:

1. Fares are valid for economy-class travel on the mentioned flights and for the number of passengers quoted only. (Any changes would require re-validation of group fare).

2. Fares will be quoted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of seats; written confirmation and payments must be received.

3. The fare amount quoted is net payable to AirAsia.

4. In the case of a round-trip fare, the fare is valid only for round-trip travel.

5. Fares are valid for immediate ticketing only

6. Fares are valid for ticket issuance only when 100% of the fare amount has been received.

7. Tickets will not be issued on part payment (balance due basis).

8. Booking (PNRs) can only be made and seats blocked on receipt of payment or deposit as per the payment structure. Name list will be updated on 100% payment received only.

9. Only one group with the same travel itinerary can be confirmed on one single flight.

10. Online fare display on comparative fare platforms or online B2B platforms are not permitted.

Schedule

1. The schedule is subject to change and seats are subject to availability at the time of ticketing.

PNR details

1. Contact number and email id are mandatory when a PNR is created. Kindly update GST details before the creation of booking.

2. Once the PNR is created ,GST updation will not be possible.

Payment Structure

The following payment schedules shall apply for booking done through online or offline methods.

1. Full amount to be paid if the travel date is within 21 days of booking date (D-21)

2. 25% of the group size to be paid if the travel date is beyond 21 Days for the PNR creation and balance to be cleared 21 days before departure

3. Payment structure to be strictly adhered and amount will be forfeited if not paid in-time.

4. Please provide an update 21 days ahead to travel if there are any cancellation requests. Any cancellation requests made during D-21 will result in a debit from the AG account.

Name Update

1. Final name list to be advised 5 days prior to departure (D-5)

2. Children must always be listed as child with correct DOB in reservations and never as adults. Please be aware that booking an emergency exit is not permitted for minors, the elderly, or people with disabilities. Any incorrect title updates in the reservations will be the agent's responsibility.
3. Name update with in 5 days not allowed. Airline will release the seats and forfeit the paid amount with in 5 days.

Name change

1. 10% of Name change is permitted except SXR routes till D-3 FREE OF CHARGE.

2. 24hrs before departure name change allowed with fee INR 3,000 per pax or the fare difference whichever is higher.

3. Spelling correction up to 3 letters is permitted till 24hrs prior to departure .

Cancellation:

1. Free Cancellation allowed upto 10% of the group size 10days prior to departure.

2. Departure with in 10 days any cancellation will be non-refundable

3. Minimum passenger to maintain as 5 pax

4. Any further cancellation will be non-refundable

Utilization

1. 90% materialization at the group is mandatory

Rebooking

1. Date & Flight change allowed with date change fee (INR 3000) per passenger per sector with fare difference (if any), only upto 14 days prior to the departure date (D-14)

2. Sector change and Re-routing NOT permitted.


Non-Compliance/Dry selling.

Group/Series PNRs are not permitted for dry sale in the market. If we identify any such instances, we will release the seats and forfeit the paid amount.
AirIndia Express reserves the right to refuse group and may cancel the entire group in case of any non-compliance of terms and conditions without prior notice.

Additional Info

1. Any discrepancy to your booking to be reported within 24hrs of PNR creation

2. Meal requests to be notified at least 24 hours prior to departure.

3. Reporting time for groups must be at least 03hours prior to the departure.

4. Please be informed that daily limit of cash deposit under a Single PNR has been fixed to a maximum of INR 1.99 lacs. In the event of any Travel agency partner depositing more than INR 1.99 lacs in a day, identifiable under a single PAN, the full amount shall be retained by AirIndia Express and no upload shall be given.

5. AirIndia Express India reserves the right to refuse a group and may cancel the entire group in case of any non-compliance of terms and conditions without prior notice.

6. Group Desk working hours: 09:30 AM TO 6:30 PM Mon to Sat

7. The fare quote is valid with the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Any deviation from them will result in the re-validation of the fare quoted.

8. The travel partner shall, whenever a booking is made, communicate to AirIndia Express or FareHawker the following customer information: first name, last name, birth date, email address of the passenger, phone number of the passenger, gender and address of the passenger, and any further information which may be necessary in order to create the booking and/or offer the customer a seamless travel experience. Travel Partner shall further make sure that the contact details & email ID are shared with AirIndia Express belongs to the passenger only.
