Update-Cash Deposit -:

“In view of change in tax provisions, this to inform that effective 01st April 2017 daily cash deposit allowed under one PAN is Rs. 1.99 lacs. Any deposit exceeding the above limit under one PAN even in our bank account will be retained by SpiceJet. In case of any clarification please contact your Sales representative.”

· Flight Schedule is subject to regularity approvals.

General Conditions -:

· The group fare is subject to inventory available at the time of creating the PNR.

· If the seats are not available on the fare quoted. Please contact Sales or Send E-mail to GroupDesk of SpiceJet Airlines

· Only one group can be issued in similar flights, if the flights are overlapping.

· At the time of confirmation, current taxes will be applicable.

· Fares are subject to availability of seats at the time of booking.

· Fares mentioned are NET payable to Spicejet.

· In case of a round trip, fare is only valid for Round-trip.

· All the passengers are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof.

· Requirement for the group booking is of minimum 07 passengers traveling on the same date / same flight / same sector.

· Groups will be eligible for any increases in tax/fees/surcharges unless paid in full.

· We recommend group arrival at least 90 minutes prior for Domestic Travel and 180 minutes prior for International Travel.

· Passenger OR Travel Partner’s contact number and email address is mandatory to be updated in the booking.

Payment Terms -:

For Registered Travel Agents/Travel Partners -:

· 100% payment will be required for bookings within 21days of travel.

· A non-refundable deposit of INR 1500 per passenger per sector or 25% of the total fare (whichever is higher) will be required at the time of booking.

· Balance payment to be advised 21 days prior to the schedule departure date.

· No extensions in payment timeline will be granted. If the balance payment is not made within the prescribed time frame, booking will be cancelled automatically and the advance deposit will be forfeited.

· INR 300 for the booking of sector within India and INR 500 for International sector booking will be charged per person per sector as convenience fee in case the payment made though Credit/Debit Cards and net banking on the website over and above on the fare quoted by SpiceJet.

· 100% payment will be required at the time of blocking in case the mode of payment is through cash or credit card. In case of cash payment only 1.99 Lakhs is permitted and rest of the payment must be paid through Debit/Credit Card.

· In case of payment with an International Credit card, the credit card holder should be one of the passengers traveling in the group and the physical credit card will be required at the time of check-in.

GST Update -:

If there is a need to update GST Details on the ticket, it is advised to share the below details at the time of Blocking. Please note the system does not allow updating GST details once the booking / PNR is created.
·GST No ......... & Company Name.

·GST Holder Email ID+ Mobile Number As registered with GST authority.
·GST Holder Name As registered with GST Authority.

For Direct Passengers or Non Registered Travel Partner -:

· 100% payment will be required at the time of confirmation.

· Payment mode will be cash or credit card. In case of cash payment only 1.99 Lakhs is permitted and rest of the payment must be paid through Debit/Credit Card.

· INR 300 for the booking of sector within India and INR 500 for International sector booking will be charged per person per sector as convenience fee in case the payment made though Credit/Debit Cards and net banking on the website over and above on the fare quoted by SpiceJet.

Condition for Names-:

· All names to be advised 15 days prior to the departure for the group size above 40 passengers.

· All names to be advised 10 days prior to the departure for the group size above 25 passengers.

· All names to be advised 7 days prior to the departure for the group size above 10 passengers.

· Name changes are not permitted once the names are advised.

· If names are not provided as per the above prescribed time limit, airline reserves the right to cancel the PNR and forfeit the complete amount

Cancellations-:

For cancellations after the payment is made the corresponding charges will be applicable:

· If the group strength reduction upto 20% of the number of passengers originally booked INR 3350 For Domestic and 4750 For International per passenger per sector or 25% of the total fare (whichever is higher) will be applicable.

· If the group strength reduces by more than 20% and upto 50% of the number of passengers originally booked INR 3350 For Domestic and 4750 For International per passenger per sector or 50% of the total fare (whichever is higher) will be applicable.

· If the group strength reduces by more than 50% of the number of passengers originally booked or in case of no-show, only airport charges (PSF/UDF/AAT) as applicable will be refunded.

· Any reduction in group size within 07 days of departure, only airport charges (PSF/UDF/AAT) as applicable will be refunded. This condition overrides the above mentioned conditions.

· In case of changes/cancellation in partially confirmed bookings, entire advance deposit will be forfeited.

· In case of cancellation in a group of 07 passengers, only airport charges (PSF/UDF/AAT) as applicable will be refunded.

Meal Request -:

  1. Meal request needs to be sent at least 24 working hours prior to departure (except Sundays & Public Holidays)
  2. Please note in case of cancellation request from passenger or the travel partner, Meal Amount will be forfeited. (Not applicable in case flight is cancelled by the Airline)

Note: Group desk timings are 1000 hrs-1800hrs. Closed on Sunday & Public Holidays.

Of India directive, IndiGo is entitled to deny boarding rights to any foreign national in the absence of a valid protected area permit and the entire amount would be forfeited. Foreign national travelling to any sector other than imphal would require to present passport as the only valid photo identification proof.
