Full Payment Collection - 30Days prior to departure or 48 hours after confirmation for Departures falling below 30Days

Name & Ticketing time limit - 5Days prior to departure or 24 hours after confirmation for Departures falling below 11Days

Deposit Amount:

· LEAN - Deposit of 20% of the Group Size of the All in Group Fare

· PEAK - Deposit of 30% of the Group Size of the All in Group Fare

Materialization Rate -  70 % Lean & 80% Peak Materialization Rate

*MR % Calculation Not Applicable for Passenger Number less than Minimum Group Size

Materialization Rate/Cancellations

· All Group bookings must materialize as per applicable MR Rate above mentioned from the total Group Size prior any Payment made.

· Cancellation of PNR at 30 days or less before departure for all group bookings with deposit will be forfeited.

· Non-BSP/Direct User must pay at applicable MR, otherwise upon ticket issuance less than the MR rate, they will be penalized for MR violation.

Example:

Seat requested: 50. MR for Adhoc: 70% = 35 seats

If only 30 seats are required, then Non-BSP/Direct User is required to pay for 35 seats to enable them to issue ticket.

Non-BSP/Direct User can issue ticket at 30 seats, but the remaining 5 seats will be the penalty of MR violation.

· All payment will be forfeited for any cancellation and strictly non-refundable in the Group Portal.

· Unused taxes are refundable manually outside portal.

· Any negative value due to changes made after full payment will be forfeited

Flight / Ticket Changes Policy (Date Change, Re-Routing)

· Outbound change is restricted

· Inbound Flight /Date changes are allowed subject to Re-Evaluation / Re-Quote Fare for the entire Itinerary.

· Before Ticketing - Per passenger, No fee + applicable Fare differences and Surcharges.

· After Ticketing

o Per passenger, INR1, 300 + applicable fare difference (India)

o Per passenger, USD20 + applicable fare difference (Bangladesh)

o Per passenger, NPR2, 000 + applicable fare difference (Nepal)

o Per passenger, LKR3, 000 + applicable fare difference (Sri Lanka)

Name Changes

· Before Ticketing - Allowed with No Fee

· After Ticketing - Not Allowed

Name Spelling Corrections:

· Before Ticketing- Allowed

· After Ticketing -Re-Issuance fee - INR 1,300 (IN), USD20 (BD), NPR2,000 (NP), LKR3,000 (LK) with a Penalty of INR500/USD10 and any applicable charges.

Deviations -  Permitted however the group must travel together in at least one long haul flight.

Travel Rules -In the event of a No-Show and a date change is requested, a fee of INR2, 500 (India) / USD50 (BD), NPR3, 000 (NP), LKR10,000 (LK) will be charged, plus applicable fare difference.

Seat Selection -  Group seat selection is free of charge except for selected seats, e.g. exit, upper deck, leg room seats where a fee will be applicable.

Ticket Refund Policy (Group MR% must be met first)

· RBD O - Non-Refundable

· Rest of the RBDs - Refund Penalty USD100.

Eg 1: Booked 100 Pax – South Asia to MY

MR% Peak – 80% - 80Pax

Ticketed 90 Pax

Fall off 5 Pax from 90 Pax = 85Pax

Refundable allowed for the fall off 5 Pax with Penalty = USD 100 x 5Pax

Eg 2: Booked 100 Pax – South Asia to MY

MR% Peak – 80% - 80Pax

Ticketed 80 Pax

Fall off 5 Pax from 80 Pax = 75Pax

Refund is NOT allowed for the fall off 5 Pax

Child / Infant

· No restriction on child group size, prevailing filed Child fare applies.

· INF- With a seat apply child fare, without a seat, 10% of adult group fare applicable

NOTE:

Kindly note that fare and taxes shown may be subject to changes due to fluctuation in exchange rates, airport taxes and fuel surcharges.

Taxes will be rechecked before Full Payment made and any adjustments will require customer to make the correct payment.

Upon ticket issuance if any changes to taxes, the amount received will be honored for ticket issuance. *** Any variation to the above policy requires approval from HQ RMD. Force majeure will be guided by HQ.
