For Indigo Airlines Domestic Flight Only – Group Booking Policy

  1. To be eligible for 'group booking' minimum of 7 passengers should be traveling together on the same date, same flight and on the same origin & destinations.
  2. All bookings in offered fares will be subject to availability of seats & fares at the time of confirmation of the booking & payment status.
  3. Fares are subject to availability of seats in the same class (RBD) at the time of Confirmation by client.
  4. Fares offered/ quoted on email, in-case of round- trip travel it will be valid for round-trip only. For one way trip fare will be valid for one-way flight only. 
  5. All passengers should carry a original valid photo identification proof, listed by Govt  of India authority for flight travel.
  6. In case of any tax imposed by Govt. after booking than the passengers required to pay for any increase in taxes, fees or surcharges.
  7. We advise that if passengers are traveling as in group booking should report to indigo airlines counter at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to the time of departure for domestic flight and 180 minutes prior to time of departure for international flight.

 Indigo Airlines Group Booking Payment Terms :-

  1. An initial payment of 25% of the total amount for the group booking or cancellation charges (as applicable), whichever will be higher, subject to a minimum amount of INR 3000 per person per sector is required to be made at the time of making a airlines group booking.
  2. The balance payment should be cleared 21 days prior to departure of the flight.
  3. If due payment is not paid before 21 days from departure date of the flight, then group booking will be cancelled and the initially paid payment will be forfeited.
  4. Indigo Airlines Naming List Terms & Conditions Names -:
  5. Names of all passengers travelling in to a group booking must be given to FareHawker GroupDesk at least 10 days prior to departure of the flight.
  6. If names of the passengers are not provided 10 days prior from date of travel, then indigo airlines - group booking will be cancelled and the full payment will be forfeited, except for the statuary airport taxes.
  7. Once the names of passengers are updated in the booking (PNR), than name change/alteration of such passengers will not be permitted. Minor name spelling rectification can be done but it will be subject to approval by indigo airlines. 

Indigo Airlines  for Cancellation and Rebooking/Re-scheduling :-

a) Partial change or cancellation of booking :-
In any of Indigo Airlines Group Reservation PNR following options can be applicable

  • Any of change/ cancellation will attract charge of INR 3000 per person per sector along with applicable fare difference. For changes in date / flights in a group booking upto a maximum of 10% of the booking (which shall not exceed 10 seats) is permitted upto 7 days prior to the departure date. 

  • With cancellation charges of INR 3500/- per person per sector, Cancellation of a ticket for a maximum of 10% of the booking (which shall not exceed 10 seats) in group any of indigo group PNR is permitted upto 7 days prior to the departure date. 

b) Full change / cancellation of booking :-

The passengers traveling as a part of a group booking, can avail any one of the following options.

  • For date / flights  change for entire group pnr is permitted upto 7 days prior to the departure date. Changes charges INR 3000 plus  applicable fare difference will be applicable.

  • Cancellation of an entire group booking will attract 100% paid amount forfeiture.

For Indigo Airlines International Flight Only – Group Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to applicable taxes at the time of confirming the booking. Fares are subject to availability of seats at the time of booking.
  • All passengers should carry a valid visa and ok-to-board permit required for travel to the international destination. FareHawker will not be responsible for denied boarding or for any deportee costs, including but not limited to, any fines or claims or notices or demands preferred and / or made against the passenger by any of the destination immigration authorities or any third parties for any deportee, including transit passengers, resulting due to any rejection by the destination immigration authorities upon passenger’s arrival into the destination.
  • In case of any tax imposed by Govt. after group booking PNR creation than the passengers required to pay for any increase in taxes, fees or surcharges.
  • Any change in the final number of the seats or flight numbers might result in a revision of fares.
  • The conditions of carriage published on our website www.goindigo.in is applicable to all group bookings.

Indigo Airlines Group Booking Payment Terms :-

  • An initial payment of 25% of the total amount for the group booking or cancellation charges (as applicable), whichever will be higher, subject to a minimum amount of INR 4500 per person per sector is required to be made at the time of making a airlines group booking.

Group Booking Balance Payment on Indigo Airlines:-

  • Group (up to 30 passengers) - The balance payment of 75% must be paid 21 days prior to departure of the flight. If such payment is not paid 15 days prior to the departure of the flight, the group booking will be cancelled and the initial payment will be forfeited.
  • Group (up to 70 passengers) - The balance payment of 75% must be paid 30 days prior to departure of the flight. If such payment is not paid 21 days prior to the departure of the flight, the group booking will be cancelled and the initial payment will be forfeited.
  • Group (up to 150 passengers) - The balance payment of 75% must be paid 45 days prior to departure of the flight. If such payment is not paid 45 days prior to the departure of the flight, the group booking will be cancelled and the initial payment will be forfeited.
  • Group (above 150 passengers) - The balance payment of 75% must be paid 60 days prior to departure of the flight. If such payment is not paid 60 days prior to the departure of the flight, the group booking will be cancelled and the initial payment will be forfeited.

  4. Cancellation of an entire group booking will attract 100% paid amount forfeiture.
